Heated Rivalry Stars Hudson Williams and Connor Storrie Attend Prestigious CAA Pre-Oscars Celebration

Two beloved actors from the hit hockey drama brought their on-screen chemistry to real life during Oscar weekend festivities in Los Angeles.

Hudson Williams and Connor Storrie, who portray fictional hockey players in Heated Rivalry, appeared together at the exclusive Creative Arts Agency pre-awards celebration. The high-profile event, held at Living Room in Los Angeles, drew an impressive roster of celebrities including Anya Taylor-Joy, Kate Hudson, Adrien Brody, Jessie Buckley, and Gracie Abrams, who attended alongside her father, filmmaker J.J. Abrams.

Williams showcased his fashion-forward style in an ensemble from Tokyo-based designer brand Viviano Studio, featuring a translucent lace shirt paired with a coordinated tweed vest and trouser combination. His co-star opted for a more classic approach, sporting a sophisticated black button-down shirt tucked into matching dark pants. Storrie added personal touches to his look with the shirt partially unbuttoned, complemented by a silver chain necklace and an artistic cuff bracelet.

Notably absent from the glamorous gathering was François Arnaud, another member of the show’s cast, who chose not to participate in the evening’s festivities.

Reports confirm that Williams will make a solo appearance at the upcoming 2026 Academy Awards ceremony, scheduled for March 15th. Industry sources indicate that Storrie will not be attending the main Oscar event.

The duo has been making waves throughout this awards season, beginning with a memorable joint appearance at the Golden Globes earlier this year. During that ceremony, they surprised audiences by presenting the Female Actor in a Supporting Role on Television award to Erin Doherty for her performance in Adolescence. Following their initial collaboration, the actors have alternated their public appearances, with Storrie representing their show at both the Actor Awards and the GLAAD Media Awards, where Heated Rivalry received the Outstanding New TV Series recognition. Williams is now set to carry the torch solo at Hollywood’s most prestigious night.
